Refund policy

Pre-orders

The dates on each product page are estimates for when we expect to ship out the product - they are not delivery dates. Please note, delivery dates can vary based on the destination of the order.

Refunds
Orders can be refunded prior to shipping at the customers request.  Prior to shipment, customers can also request for items to be removed and refunded from their order. Please note, we do not provide refunds for any digital goods. Once the order has been shipped the sale is final.

Damaged Goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product please send us an email at support@waifusplit.com

Please include your order reference number and the name used to place the order. Orders that are over 30 days since the shipping date are not eligible for refund.

You will be required to show proof that the item arrived damaged.
